*With apologies for cross posting*
In these times of squeezed budgets we are all trying to do more with less, but we still need to care for our collections and continue to provide access to them. So how do you decide between competing collection care demands on your time and budget? This training day looks at different tools you can use to help you to review these competing demands and establish priorities in collection care in your own organisation.
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
* Give examples of tools and how they are used to establish priorities in collection care;
* Identify the advantages and disadvantages of several prioritization tools;
* Decide on the appropriateness of using either a predetermined or custom tool;
* Recognise how tools could be used in their own organisations.
Cost: £95 + VAT including lunch and refreshments (£71 + VAT for members of Research Libraries UK)
