Hi Ari,
MIT and Yale have online course materials available free on their
website. The MIT site for media-related course materials is
http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/comparative-media-studies/. I don't remember
there being media-related material on the Yale site, but you may want to
check it out anyway at http://oyc.yale.edu/.
