Hi all,
i have a general NMR related question, How is the scaling factor for the
analysis of CSP experiments determined/set? Is it the ratio of the
gyromagnetic ratio of a nuclues to the one of Protons, is is the ratio
of the spectral width or anything else? In analysis it is set to 0.15
for 15N, in our lab a factor of 0.2 is used. But I am looking for a
solid scientific explanation how to calculate it. Or is it just a matter
of taste and what fits best to the data?
Thanks justin
