Not really done a technical comparison yet as that would require a stable Blackboard server! However at the admin level the two products (in our case anyway) have completely different license conditions and that most definitely needs bearing in mind.

Us too! We're in the same position of upgrading to 9.1 from 8 this summer and looking at whether to continue with Campus Pack or not. I have much the same feelings about it that Neil expresses.
I'd be really interested to hear from other people and am happy to share what we find here from our testing.
