Senior Statistical Programmer
Kendle is actively recruiting for a Senior Statistical Programmer to work in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This role offers scope for a varied workload and involvement in multiple projects across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as the Statistical Programming representative on Kendle project teams for projects of any complexity
• Serve as a Kendle Biostatistics & Statistical Programming contact with Sponsors for SAS and statistical programming tasks
• Coordinate and participate in the programming and validation of CRF and analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures and the receipt and processing of external data
• Ensure that datasets, tables, listings, and figures are sent to sponsors within the project timelines
• Responsible for the coordination, creation and maintenance of Statistical Programming project budgets and documentation
Skills & Attributes:
Applications are invited from experienced Statistical Programmers (SAS v8 & v9) with UK Pharma/CRO industry experience. Suitable candidates will be educated to Bachelors of Masters Degree level (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Life Sciences or another relevant field. Excellent analytical, communication, and organisation skills are required along with the ability to multitask effectively, and work on your own initiative, with minimum supervision. Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
