Without giving myself an embolism by attempting to go through all those
section references, I am taking an educated guess that it all applies,
except the bits on RIPA and FOI. the DP will apply as it's a reserved
piece of legislation. anything else it does or does not effect is
probably irrelevant to DP/FOI info officers up here anyway?
