Not particularly; however, the LHC VOs probably wouldn't notice if you did.

Depends. If they are submitting through a WMS, it shouldn't matter
much to them what kind of CE they end up on at the end.
If they're dependant on a globusy interface, then they would find
CREAM problematic.
