It is the size of the voxels in the "imported" images that I was
referring to. The actual Dartel registration is usually done using
"imported" data, which are rigidly aligned versions of the GM and WM,
downsampled to 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm. Your original voxel sizes
should be fine.
