I think the article itself was a bit of a boast but if you consider for a
moment the disparity in scale and resources between Welsh and English
language culture then I think it can be seen as a justifiable instance of a
mouse that roared.
It's true about 'the UK' being a problematic 'set up', but that's
increasingly true of most nation states.
