International Journal of Design: Now Indexed in Thomson Reuters A&HCI, SCI-E, and SSCI
http://www.ijdesign.org
Dear Colleague,
I am extremely happy to announce that the International Journal of Design (www.ijdesign.org) has been accepted for coverage by Thomson Reuters Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI), Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E), and Social Science Citation Index (SSCI). Thomson Reuters will abstract and index all contents of IJD from volume 1, issue 1, 2007.
Many design researchers have already recognized the quality and significance of research published in IJD. Acceptance of the journal into all three widely known indices A&HCI, SCI-E, and SSCI offers further proof to our continuous efforts and success to develop IJD into a leading journal in design. Inclusion of IJD in the Thomson Reuters Web of Science will further widen the dissemination of its contents to researchers in design academia and across other disciplines.
This achievement is the result from joint efforts by the outstanding researchers on the Editorial Board, who have established a high standard for this journal, by the many authors and reviewers who have contributed to this journal, and by the dedicated editorial team lead by Dr. Yaliang Chuang. I would also like to acknowledge the generous funding from National Science Council of Taiwan, which allows us to run the International Journal of Design as a top-quality open-access journal.
We sincerely invite you to submit your best work to the International Journal of Design. Please refer to Author Guidelines online at www.ijdesign.org.
Best Regards,
Lin-Lin Chen
