Apologies for cross-posting
Hello everyone,
Within our stock we have ESOL and EFL reading packs, which contain a
book and 1 or more CDs. We are using Heritage as our LMS and have begun
to use composite loans for these packs to make it fairer for the
students borrowing them (i.e. the pack will only be issued as one item
on their record instead of each item separately). However, we have
found that our self-issue system does not like issuing or returning
composite loans and so we have to ask students to bring these items to
the desk. Has anyone found a clever way around this problem?
Many thanks,
Rachel Preece
