Hi,
putting everything together and double-checking Chartership handbook
(2010 ed.): Is the order of contents given there compulsory? Did any of
you really split "Material selected to show that you understand the
objectives of the organisation and information service/products and are
able to analyse how effectively these objectives are met" and "Evidence
of professional development. This may include attendance at training
courses, meetings, research and involvement in professional networks"?
Even if you want to subdivide your pieces of evidence I'd put them
together in one section and not have organigram, job description and
mentor scheme in between... And then, if I dare to order differently I'd
start with the Evaluative statement - anyone else too?
I could of course reflect(!) on all this and explain my deviation but if
assessors are used to one way of reading/finding things then there's no
point in changing that.
Thanks for any comments,
Esther
