I added top-BDII repos, updated bdii
installed opendldap24/openldap-server24 and uncommented above lines and
my site-BDII is running openldap24 with ramdisk:
# mount|grep bdii
tmpfs on /var/run/bdii/db type tmpfs (rw,size=1G,mode=0744)
# lsof|grep /var/run/bdii/db
slapd2.4 18325 ldap mem REG 0,24 24576 85529 /var/run/bdii/db/__db.001
slapd2.4 18325 ldap mem REG 0,24 4595712 85530 /var/run/bdii/db/__db.002
