Dear FSL team
I'm working with infants at 12 months of age. Currently I'm processing DTI data but there is a problem:
We have different number of diffusion number directions: a group with 6 non-collinear directions and
another one with 30 non-collinear directions with the same parameter of acquisition.
I would like to know if is it possible to use these data in the same study. Something like:
Patients 15 (30 dir) and 5 (dir)
Controls 15 (30 dir and 5 (dir)
Many regards,
Nelly
