Dear Catherine,
Have you modeled the group mean (only one "1" in the contrast, the rest are
"0")?
Because, setting up such a contrast (i.e. where the FA in a group higher
then 0) does not make sense, and returns such an error message.
I hope it helps,

Hi Matthew,
So when I run the randomise it does the requested permutations the first
time. The output I have then is a tstat1, tstat1_p and tstat1_corrp.
Following this, it tries to do a second round and gives the error.
The file I checked in FSLview is the tstat1 it outputted after the first
round of permutations.
Best,
Catherine

Hello Catherine,
I'm a bit confused - the error message should
prevent any output for the contrast being permuted - can you let me know in
more detail which file you are looking at and how it was generated?
Many Regards
Matthew

>> Hi,
>>
>> I've just ran an analysis using randomise (in TBSS process). The design I
use, is a triple t-test consisting of controls, patients_session1,
patients_session2, patients_session3. After a first round of permutation the
programs failes with the following error:
>>
>> An exception has been thrown.
>> error: tfce requires a positive deltaT input
>>
>> As suggested in an e-mail of june 2010 (see this library) I checked the
max in the raw T-stats using fslview. Max = 68. min = 0.
