Hello Catherine,
I'm a bit confused - the error message should prevent any output for the contrast being permuted - can you let me know in more detail which file you are looking at and how it was generated?
Many Regards
Matthew

>> Hi,
>>
>> I've just ran an analysis using randomise (in TBSS process). The design I use, is a triple t-test consisting of controls, patients_session1, patients_session2, patients_session3. After a first round of permutation the programs failes with the following error:
>>
>> An exception has been thrown.
>> error: tfce requires a positive deltaT input
>>
>> As suggested in an e-mail of june 2010 (see this library) I checked the max in the raw T-stats using fslview. Max = 68. min = 0.
>>
>> Is it nevertheless a problemof a negative T or another issue??
>>
>> Best,
>> Catherine
