The London University for which I am acting Telecoms manager is
tendering for telecoms services.
Our current supplier sends a csv file of about 40,000 call records
each month.
Is there an issue with either of the following.
Can we disclose the rates we currently pay?
Can we disclose specific dialled digits or is this regarded as
confidential, in which case we can just include destination charge band
, or I can put XXXX over the last few digits. etc.
Can we disclose raw csv call record files and leave bidders to do all
the sums.
Any guidance would be appreciated
Regards
Peter
