medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Also the feast day of St Geminianus, Bishop of Modena and staunch opponent
of Arianism, who is said to have died on 31 January 397. His remains
are preserved in the splendid Duomo of Modena where they were translated
in 1106. (See http://www.medievalphotos.com/gallery23/pages/m13.htm.)
