Role: To assist the sales and support teams at a digital mapping company in day to day internal activities, and to handle inbound enquiries from customers.
Key responsibilities will be:
* In-bound call handling and allocation
* Pre- and post-sales telephone support to customers
* Fulfilment of telephone, fax and email sales enquiries
* Customer account administration using internal customer database
Additional activities might include but not be limited to:
* In-bound email handling
* Support to marketing, suppliers and partners
* Participating in meetings
* Testing website changes
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
* A friendly telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills and patience when dealing with customers over the phone
* Good administrative skills
* Computer and web literate
* Customer focused
* Capability to work with others as a part of a team
* Quick to learn and capable of working under pressure
