Guys
I'd like to remind you that ISO/IEC has now finalised their Metadata
for Learning Resources standard that is based on DCMT but is as
compatible as possible with the LOM. This standard has a number of
parts and Part 3 or 4 (not sure which) provides a Cancore-based
application profile that mixes DC and LOM.
The MLR is standard ISO/IEC 19788 and probably worth some
consideration ???
See http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_ics/catalogue_detail_ics.htm?ics1=35&ics2=240&ics3=99&csnumber=50772
for the official version -
I am sure there are national bodies who can help with access to these
docs...
