download Mikael's LOM/DCAM mapping from
<http://dublincore.org/educationwiki/DCMIIEEELTSCTaskforce?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=LOM-DCAM-newdraft.pdf>.
I implemented the mapping in both directions using Sesame and lom-j. Let
me know if you are interested in the code, it's Open Source.
