Hi all,
Quite a while already I am struggling with an error in SPM8 (and also SPM5, as I tried) during second level model estimation.
I am comparing two groups on brain activity during a task, and try to perform a 2-sample t-test on one contrast.
During model estimation, however, I get the pop-up "Please check your data, there are no significant voxels", with the following error in the Matlab command window:
"
Warning: Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.

I have checked all the individual data (of all 143 participants...), but there seems to be nothing wrong; all show activity (if not a lot than at least some) during the task.
I also tried to run the same comparison as a full factorial with 1 factor (group), and also got an error; a slightly different one, though:
"
Warning: Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.

So during a 2-sample t-test there seems to be something wrong with the 'VBeta', and during full factorial there's something with the 'xKXs'
I have no idea what to do with this.. There have been several posts in the past on this same error, but never with a reply..
Is there a genius out there who knows what's wrong here??
Thanks in advance!!
