Can I ask: what is informing you in nominating this ideal?

PS I warm to the ideal strongly.
My understanding of the 'when' it will happen, and whether that might be 'in
your lifetime', is informed by Christian scriptures which claim to be the
Sovereign Lord's revelation of Himself and His rule ... now and ever.
