Dear Experts,
I am using the cluster-program to threshold my z-statistical images for
significant clusters.
Using
/stats/~$ cluster --in=zstat1.nii.gz --thresh=3.6 --dlh=0.0725349
--volume=215069 --pthresh=0.05
gives me:
Cluster Index Voxels P -log10(P) Z-MAX Z-MAX X (vox)
Z-MAX Y (vox) Z-MAX Z (vox) Z-COG X (vox) Z-COG Y (vox)
Z-COG Z (vox)
3 83 0.00204 2.69 4.22 37 53 44 36.6 57.1 45.4
2 45 0.0311 1.51 4.08 46 82 35 47.7 84.1 35.8
1 43 0.0365 1.44 4.5 41 63 26 42 62.7 26.8
Now, I would like to create the according image for this thresholding,
so I tried
/cope/~$ cluster -i thresh_zstat1 -c stats/cope1 -t 3.6 -p 0.05 -d
0.0725349 --volume=215069 --othresh=thresh_zstat1_3.6_0.05 -o
cluster_mask_zstat1_3.6_0.05 --connectivity=26 --mm
--olmax=lmax_zstat1_std_3.6_0.05.txt
and get:
Cluster Index Voxels P -log10(P) Z-MAX Z-MAX X (mm)
Z-MAX Y (mm) Z-MAX Z (mm) Z-COG X (mm) Z-COG Y (mm) Z-COG Z
(mm) COPE-MAX COPE-MAX X (mm) COPE-MAX Y (mm) COPE-MAX Z
(mm) COPE-MEAN
2 83 0.00204 2.69 4.22 16 -20 16 16.8
-11.8 18.8 54.7 16 -20 16 44.9
1 43 0.0365 1.44 4.5 8 0 -20 6 -0.541
-18.4 92.7 10 2 -22 63.9
So, I 'lost' the third cluster somehow. This second command I took from
the report-logfile, so I assume it should be correct. But what exactly
is the difference between the two commands, or how do I get the original
three clusters? I deleted the connectivity-option and get the same
result. So, what might be the difference, because these two statements
should yield the same result, should they not?
Many thanks for any help in advance!
Best wishes,
-Lucas
