Hi,
I've installed FSL on my machine [Mac OS X (10.5.7)], but there is a problem with viewing some T1 MRI images. The same problem has been reported previously in:
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind03&L=FSL&P=R95760&1=FSL&9=A&I=-3&J=on&K=2&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4
While viewing the images with FSLview (3.1.8), the slices are not shown in the software. I've tried to change the contrast as well, but the problem is more serious. This problem only occurs when I want to view them with FSLview, and there is no problem working with FEAT or other tools.
In this regard, I tried to compile FSLview source code on my machine (to be sure that the problem is not related to the installation process), but I figured out that there is problem with QT on Leopard, as stated below:
"MacOSX: Leopard (version 10.5) is not supported by Trolltech for Qt 3.x variants - Qt 3.x was end-of-lifed in July 2007. We are quite likely to be porting to Qt 4.x soon but until that time you will need to obtain Tiger (10.4) binaries on Leopard machines."
So, I was wondering if the problem with FSLview is caused by the QT on Leopards, or there are other things involved. Do you think if I solve the QT problem and compile the source-code, the problem still resists or not?
Thanks a lot,
