It all depends of what you want to do of course but you might find we have some valuable information, advice, resources, case studies, funding opportunities...
http://www.jisctechdis.ac.uk/techdis/technologymatters might be a good start point for this question, although many of the other tabbed sections will provide further information. Use the search if you want more specific information on mice or keyboards.
