As Steve said; however, if you just to see one condition as
positive/negative, then 1/N over each subject column and 1 over the
condition column.

I have followed the Feat Detail web page to set up this design. I would like to use contrast masking to control for activation vs deactivation, but I am puzzled as to how I should set this up. If this was a Two-Sample Unpaired T-Test I would create an average group map for activation and deactivation under the contrasts tab and then use these to mask the differences. Is there a way to create an average group map for a Two-Sample Paired T-Test or is there a better way to control for activation vs deactivation?
