I am looking at the remains from a medieval hospital (12th C onwards) but most of the material looks to be from relatively modern contexts. The site does have a little late Anglo-Saxon pottery so there is potential!
Are you aware of the work of Simon Roffey's team on the leper hospital at St Magdalene Hill, Winchester? I believe the faunal remains are being handled by Tony King. Both Simon and Tony are at the University of Winchester.
