Darren,
I have working version of version 2.6.0 here, your command runs fine.
Error statement seems to say there is a missing data file. Unlikely,
but check for files intranuke_xsections-XX.dat in $GENIE/data/hadron_xsec.
You should have 4 files XX = NN, NA, piA, and piN.

You say this shows up at end of long printout. Please send that printout.
At the moment, not clear what your problem is. Have you run other GENIE
applications?

Do you have access to working version, e.g. at TRIUMF or Regina? You
can compare
your setup with theirs.

regards,
Steve Dytman
