the international conference for culture and heritage on-line
April 6-9, 2011
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Some reminders of end-of-the-year MW2011 deadlines, before we all
slide into figgy-pudding induced holiday stupor...
Museums and the Web 2011 will feature more than 80 papers, workshops,
mini-workshops and professional forums highlighting the contributions
of more than 165 people from 15 countries in 30 sessions and 17 pre-
conference workshops.
It's not too late for you to participate at MW2011:
* Demonstration Proposals Due December 31, 2010 *

One of the most popular parts of Museums and the Web is the
Demonstration Hall, where museum professionals show each other the
work they've done in the past year. It's a chance to showcase your new
projects, get great feedback from your peers, and learn about things
others are doing.
Proposals for Demonstrations will be accepted through December 31,
2010. Submit your proposal using the online form, linked from http://bit.ly/eVfMwn
* Early Registration Deadline December 31, 2010 *

The best registration rates for MW2011 are available until December
31, 2010. Save yourself some money and ensure your place in limited
enrollment pre-conference tours and workshops by registering early.
* Can't make it? Join Us Online *

This year we've fully embedded the MW2011 program in the online
conference community. Commenting is available on all program elements,
papers are linked to profiles where you can contact the authors, and
we'll be introducing further functionality as we move towards the
meeting. Join us and contribute there -- including offering feedback
on how to make the site work for you!
As in previous years, all MW2011 papers will be published online
before the meeting, and the best will appear in a Selected Papers
volume. Search past papers from http://conference.archimuse.com/biblio
We hope to see you in Philadelphia for the [15th!] Museums and the Web.
