Hmmn, I somehow think Mr Assange will not be rushing to review his 'poacher' status.

I think Julian Assange should be offered a job by the originators of the cables that contained "frank commentary", possibly helping them to improve their IT policies? Teaching the U.S. diplomatic communications network how to protect their sensitive information more effectively?

He hasn't been imprisoned without trial. He is being held in custody and was refused bail. There is a distinction. Can you prove that he has been imprisoned due to "the violence of the state"? I haven't read anything to verify that. Perhaps wikileaks will provide us with some details on this monstrous conspiracy eh?

I'm surprised nothing here yet on the imprisonment without trial, despite Jo0hn Pilger being prepared to stand surety... this seems to me the violence of the state and those who support section 19 of the 1948 declaration of human rights on access to information and freedom of expression ought to be staking a stand.
The 14th Dec is when the matter comes to trial again, and that day is the commemoration of the life of Edward Dudley, at Ricgmount St., so joiing those two together shouldn't be beyond the human mind.
