For how long? Not even till the result of a serum b-HCG in a couple of

I would try to explan that if she is at risk of being pregnant, although
there is a fair chance she isn't. If she is, her life will be a damn
sight more complicated than it is already. I would say that I'd be happy
to insert a Mirena now; otherwise we would have to wait until we can
prove her non-pregnant. Mirena would be a better option for her anyway,
esp if her first preg was vaginal.
I would not stress too much about teratogenic drugs as at this stage
they would either be abortifacient or nothing.
