I have one more question. What happens if we send file with b-value [0 1000 3000]? I mean does FSL restrict the evaluation till 1000 only when estimating MD, FA and latter fibretracking? Or it uses all b-values in sense of mono-exponential attenuation hypothesis? I'm worrying because the mono-exp decay at high b-values is under question.
And more practical question, How have I correct the data if I would like to take in to account only one b-value 1000?
