Hi,
You just need to set it to "higher-level / non-timeseries design" (the main
drop-down menu), then set the number of subjects and specify the
regressors for the design. As there are many things you might want to
look at, there is no single answer to your question. However, if you just
want to look at the difference between two groups then you can use the
"Wizard" button which will just ask you how many subjects are in the
first group and then generate everything else you would want from
that (you should choose the "two groups, unpaired" option).
If you need more information then I suggest you look at the FSL course
and documentation for FEAT for information about the GLM and how
that works.
