I have already answered Heather email y'day but I am happy to reiterate in public my offer of availability in case somebody else is interested in this sort of collaboration.
I may be available for reviews of Sharepoint configurations and to write up further requirements or assurance policies, either as a temporary employee or interim project manager.
On the grounds of previous experiences I consider a 4 weeks period as the right time span for this type of assignment (as a full time job) as it requires deeply understanding of organisational aspects in order to foster productivity; that cannot be addressed without talking with all the roles / peoples involved and understanding of how they are dealing with the system at different levels, including internal / external relationships and security issues.
Review approach is sort of Agile project mgmt we spoke y'day, quite fuzzy but with intermediate gate review and fixed deadline.
Contract should clearly state that... ambasciator non porta pena, i.e. you cannot shoot the analyst/messenger in case of any disruptive findings instead of the "stabilised" ones ;) Just kidding - but sometimes it may be that in order to achieve stabilisation one has to manage a bit of an earthquake at first.
Thanks again for y'day debate
