At RAL, the three WMS nodes are not generally overloaded. The recent
problems were related to hung CREAM jobs (ready state forever) and the
solution was recreation of ice.db (I believe it's a known issue).
Otherwise, I can see some of Steve's tests failing, but also I can see
in the logs many other jobs terminating...
