Subject: Focus groups
Hi all
Here at Newman University College, we are looking at ways we can improve our
services and want to get feedback from our library users. One of the methods
we are currently looking into is focus groups and was wondering if anyone on
the list has had any experience of running a focus group and would be
willing to share their experiences with us?
Any information on methods used to recruit participants and who you used to
moderate your groups would be useful, as well as any problems or
difficulties you encountered along the way.
Any information will be gratefully received and I will feed back to the list
if anyone is interested!
Kind Regards
Katie
