In 3 years time I will have a new library facility to manage on our new campus, and I have the chance now to build the team structure I want.
There is a real need here for someone to focus on User Education - showing students how to access library resources and make the best use of them. We do that already, but I'd like to extend that to become the main focus of a new post.
Does anyone have something similar? If so, what is the job title and what sort of background do they have?
