I hope you can help, or put my in contact with other people who can help me.
I run a college Learning Resources centre, and we have recently had some problems with a member of the public. Where do we stand on public access? Because I would rather have him not coming to the library and upsetting staff.
As we are a Learning resource centre and not a library does this have a different effect?
Also how do other academic libraries deal with public access, security wise.
