Ah, thanks.
That probably makes sense, though in a world of federated federations it's not going to be easy to determine where 'communities of use' stop and start. My suspicion is that global conventions will emerge... but I agree that it doesn't need to be in that particular spec for that to happen.

Hi Andy - http://wiki.oasis-open.org/security/SAML2MetadataUI is the place you should look. We're up to draft 6 now, and all size recommendations have been taken out of the document saying that communities of use should define the guidelines around sizes and whatnot.
