Hi, Mark
I downloaded the ICBM template from
LONI(http://www.loni.ucla.edu/Atlases/Atlas_Detail.jsp?atlas_id=15).
The data has been processed home and in McConnell BIC. The resolution of
templates in BIC is 181*217*181, while I used the templates in FSL.
Cheers,
Haitao

Hi,
Where does you version of the ICBM template come from?
Can you simply pad it with a one voxel strip of zeros to make
it the same size? Or, more importantly, why do you need to
use both templates? All FSL programs can be used with
alternative templates if you prefer.
All the best,
Mark
