FSL list,
Occasionally betsurf's (v2.1) surfaces don't end up where I'd like them,
and given the minimal parameters to tweak, I go back and manually edit
my T1 & T2 volumes until betsurf yields satifactory surface boundaries.
What would be more direct and less laborious, is to edit the inskull,
outskull, and/or outskin binary volume masks output with the -m option
instead, then recreate the *.off files from these new masks. Is there a
command line function that will tessellate a binary mask in the same way
that betsurf does? I'm assuming that the surfaces come from the masks
and not the other way around.
Thanks,
