Hi,
as a non-disabled person I value Larry's postings as the viewpoint of a
disabled person. I can't always follow or understand everything Larry
says but I put that down to the rapidity and complexity of his thought
processes rather than my stupidity.
My view as a full time unpaid Carer is that an academic study of
disability [in its Social Model sense of systemic social barriers] would
be of no value whatever without considered, thoughtful,
thought-provoking input from disabled people.
I've no idea if Larry takes sugar but I see no need to sweeten his
posts! :-)
