Yes, it is funny. I'm sure, particularly as the Irish guy who has noticed
the effect is a film-maker himself, we'll find it's a spoof - the shot is
archive material on a dvd which the presenter muses about 'being strange' if
his were the only copy to have the footage while, too, there was not too
long ago a Dr Who episode in which the Doc-tor, trapped in the 1920s, sends
a message to the present via, wait for it, extra material on a DVD!
The T.E.Hulme quote is good - he was one strange guy though.
