italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies
The Italian Department at Georgetown University invites applications for its Master’s in Italian Studies.
The four-semester, 30-credit program revolves around a common core-curriculum and offers three tracks respectively with a focus on literature and culture, language pedagogy, and social sciences, all culminating with a Master’s thesis.
The program includes one semester abroad at one of the following institutions: Istituto Superiore di Scienze Umane (for the literature and culture track), Universita’ per Stranieri di Perugia (for the language pedagogy track), and Universita’ Bocconi (for the social study track).
Not-for-credit summer internships are also available at several Italian companies and organizations.
Application deadline: January 15, 2011.
