Hi Christian,
this was fast! I am not the only one working on the weekends on my never-ending projects... makes me feel not so lonely :)
To your reply: Yes, indeed I did de-noising of individual data sets then I ran the analysis (gica) and got two group icas, one for group A, the other one for group B. Both have a different numbers of ICs and I would like to delete several ICs in both groups so that I get e.g. only 7 networks in each group for further statistical analysis. Now I wondered if it is possible to use fsl_regfilt or if there is any easier way avoiding the recommended fsl_glm-way.
Thanks a lot for answering my second question.
To make a look out: Instantly I am just playing around with my resting state date. Am I right that it is highly recommended after doing the pre-stats (incl. denoising) and runnung the gica to use the dual-regression script before comparing networks of two different groups using randomise?
At the end: as a FSL-newbie I am really fascinated of all the possibilities this tool is giving us and I am slowly getting addicted to it!
Thanks for all,
Dan
