Hi Wendy
The Wellcome Trust channel on YouTube has some good examples: http://www.youtube.com/user/wellcometrust
There are examples of what you're looking for in the Cambridge University channel too: http://www.youtube.com/cambridgeuniversity
I think that http://www.planet-scicast.com/ has lots of demos? But also scientists talking to camera.
All the best

Subject: [PSCI-COM] scientists talking on camera?
Hi all
Can anyone quickly point me to the best online collection of scientists/researchers talking to camera with short films about their work? It is for a short critiquing exercise on what methods are best to engage on camera (for a load of scientists)/ We want people who aren't too slick - so not the TV presenter end of the spectrum (eg Brian Cox and Jim Al-Khalili) but more your average lecturer or researcher having a stab at it!
I had a feeling there was something called SciVid which was a collection of this but a quick google search hasn't found me the link. Ideally downloadable so I can show them offline (if copyright allows)
Thanks all!
Wendy
