Hi,
You could just get some empty DVD boxes and knock up some inserts with a desktop publishing package or the like, am pretty sure that would be the easiest and cheapest option. The QR codes recommended by John are spot on BTW!

If you do get something to fulfil this need, you might also want to put QR codes on the dummies - linked to the catalogue record/URL. That way, people with modern mobile devices can go straight to the corresponding resource!
(If that's all weird-sounding-mumbo-jumbo, I can explain more!).

Subject: Book Dummies
Dear All,
We are investigating the use of book dummies to indicate that an e-book is available. Can anyone recommend a suitable product which has proved to be robust for this purpose?
Thanks,
Cherry
