Dear All,
The Build the Truce Project at the Imperial War Museum is pleased to announce a forthcoming conference
Sharing Conversations...aims to look at the reasons behind and practicalities in starting the conversations that lead to meaningful discussion in difficult situations and to put this in a historic and contemporary context.

Lea Misan, director of Act for Change, an organisation working with young people to relate the historic narratives of the Holcaust and other genocides to the social reality and experiences of living in today's society.
Grant Rogers, Informal Learning Manager at IWM London, who as worked with the public on starting conversations prompted by the installation Baghdad, 5 March 2007 by the artist Jeremy Deller, currently on show at IWM London
Professor Mervyn Frost, Head of the Department of War Studies, King's College, London
