Hello,
There is an option in ccpnmr/c/environment.txt to use multi-cpus. Look
for OPENMP_FLAGS and OPENMP_LIB. For the pre-compiled releases I turned
them off because not everyone has the appropriate libraries. If you have
a modern gcc (I think >= 4.3) then you could try re-compiling the C code
but you would have to change the occurrences of /scratch/wb104 to wherever
you put the release. And then do "make clean" and "make". It would fail
if, for example, you don't have the X11 header files installed.
If you are working with one of Dan's package it's probably best to hear
from him about this issue.
